Deborah Fields Perez: (Pictured on the right) is the Founder of By Your Side Productions and one of the most sought after dancers and choreographers in the United States. Due to her love for choreography, she also serves as one of the By Your Side Productions Wedding Dance Specialists. Deborah has over twenty years experience as an instructor and competitor competing in National Dance Championships across the country. Deborah trained with dance greats such as Patrick and Wendy Johnson, Rufus Dustin, Ron Montez, Rick Valenzuela, Terry Leone, Tony Meredith and Melanie LaPatin. As a sideline special skill, Deborah also has a background in theatrical weaponry and has trained many of Hollywood's stuntmen for movie scenes! Deborah is also a coveted member of the International Dance Counsel - CID and listed on the International List of Who's Who in Dancing . Deborah has appeared and choreographed in numerous television, films, music videos & stage productions. Deborah now dances professionally with Craig Morris and manages the By Your Side Productions dance company.
Amy Morro: Amy is the Co-Director of the By Your Side Dance Company. She has extensive training and performance experience in ballet - Cecchetti, Russian and Royal - jazz, modern dance and tap. Amy has performed in the Nutcracker, Giselle, La Sylphinde and others. For the past twelve years, Amy has been training and dancing Salsa in Los Angeles, Puerto Rico, San Franciso and Hawaii. She currently performs and is a principal dancer with the BYSP Dance Company specializing in both Ballroom and Latin Styles.
Ron Parker: Ron Parker is a native Californian and gruaduate of U.C.L.A. with a degree in French and Linguistics. Ron is a nationally recognized dance instructor and Ballroom dancer. His hobbies include skiing, hiking, rock climbing, dancing and performing a variety of Ballroom and social dances (including Argentine Tango, Salsa, Hustle, West Coast Swing, Lindy and Tap). He has performed with the Central Avenue Dance Ensemble since its inception and his dance experience includes performance in the musicals "At the Lincoln Theatre," "De Obeah Mon" and "Didn't My Lord Delvier Daniel?," the T.V. shows "That's So Raven," the "Tom Joyner Show," and the movies "Lackawanna Blues: and "Their Eyes Were Watching God." He is also a pricipal dancer with the Beverly Hills Cotillion Dance Ensemble and the By Your Side Productions Dance Company.
Craig Morris: Craig Morris has been a professional Ballroom and Latin dancer for over 20 years. He is a veteran of National Ballroom Dance Championships all across the country and is board certified in both American and International style dancing as an instructor as well as a judge. He is one of the most sought after dance instructors in the United States. Craig dances professionally with Deborah Fields Perez in theatre arts where they specialize in lifts and drops. He has appeared in numberous films, t.v. commericals, sitcoms and stage productions. Craig currently teaches and trains in Los Angeles and West Hollywood.
Jerry Sher: (Pictured on the right) Jerry Sher has been dancing from the day his feet hit the floor. He exudes personality when he performs and can dance a wide range of dance styles including, Ballroom, Hip-Hop and Jazz. Jerry enjoys immitating dance legends and entertainers such as Michael Jackson and Justin Timberlake. Jerry also dances as a principal dancer with the By Your Side Dance Company where he lights up the stage with his Fred Astaire antics.
